How it works

Follow these 4 simple steps to start receiving daily email reports analyzing your Shopify store's performance

Schedule

This timer controls when your daily analysis gets generated and delivered, making sure you receive consistent reports at the same time each day.
The schedule trigger automatically runs every day to kick off your order analysis workflow. You'll configure what time you want to receive your daily report by setting the schedule field to your preferred delivery time. The system defaults to hourly delivery, but you should change this to "Daily" for once-per-day reports. This trigger doesn't process any data - it simply starts the workflow at your specified time and passes control to the next step.

Retrieve Past 24-Hour Sales Data

This step gathers all the raw order information from the previous 24 hours that will be analyzed in your report, ensuring you get a complete picture of yesterday's performance.
This step automatically connects to your Shopify store and pulls all orders created in the last 24 hours, regardless of their status (paid, pending, cancelled, etc.). The system calculates the time window by subtracting 24 hours from the current time and retrieves orders within that range. No configuration is needed since the time parameters are automatically calculated, and all relevant order data (pricing, products, fulfillment status, customer info) gets passed to the AI analysis step.

Analyze Orders & Generate Daily Store Pulse

This step transforms your raw order data into meaningful business insights, calculating key metrics and identifying patterns that would typically require manual analysis.
The AI step processes all the order data from step 2 and computes essential ecommerce metrics like total revenue, average order value, fulfillment rates, and best-selling products. It automatically handles data validation, converts currency values to numbers, and identifies your most popular products by analyzing line items across all orders. The AI generates a structured "Daily Store Pulse" report with key metrics, noteworthy insights, and practical recommendations based on your store's performance patterns.

Email Daily Order Analysis

This final step delivers your completed analysis directly to your inbox, ensuring you start each day informed about your store's performance without having to log into multiple systems.
You'll configure the recipient email address where you want to receive your daily reports - you can enter multiple addresses separated by commas to share insights with your team. The email subject automatically includes the current date, and the message contains the complete analysis generated in step 3. The system sends the email immediately after the analysis completes, delivering a professional summary of orders, revenue, top products, and actionable recommendations.

Add Slack or Teams notifications
Connect team messaging apps to share daily insights with your entire team, not just email recipients.
Store metrics in spreadsheets
Save daily performance data to Google Sheets or Airtable to build historical trend analysis and create custom dashboards.
Deploy conditional alerts
Set up smart notifications that only trigger when revenue drops below targets or when high-value orders need special attention.
